The bartender(s) will also check to ensure beer, wine, etc. options are on ice and/or in the coolers to ensure that the alcohol has had the proper amount of cooling time needed. The bartender(s) will setup the bar area to be able to provide the most efficient and fastest service while providing fantastic cocktails, customer service and attention to detail for your guests.
